Consumption figures assume full uptime. Actual invoices always reflect measured consumption at your quoted rate.
Rate factors
What moves your price up or down
- Machine efficiency. More efficient units draw fewer kWh, so newer hardware always costs less per terahash.
- Fleet size. Rates step down at 6, 50 and 250 machines, and again at container scale.
- Contract length. 12 and 24-month terms unlock lower rates than 6-month agreements.
- Prepayment. Quarterly or annual prepayment earns an additional discount on the energy rate.
- Season & tariff. Rates are reviewed against energy tariffs; any change is communicated in writing before it applies.

Billing questions
Payments, deposits and terms
When do I pay?
Setup fees and the security deposit are due before installation. Power and hosting are invoiced monthly in arrears, payable within 7 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer in AED or USD, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and card payments for smaller invoices. All invoices are issued by our UAE entity.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — one month of estimated power and hosting, refundable at the end of the contract after final settlement.
Can I exit early?
You may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum term. Early exit before the minimum term forfeits the deposit.
Do prices include VAT?
All quoted rates exclude VAT. UAE VAT is applied on invoices where applicable.
