Hosting & operations
What is the minimum and maximum fleet size you accept?
From one machine up to multi-megawatt deployments. Fleets above 1 MW are placed in dedicated containers or halls with their own SLA.
Which machines can you host?
Bitmain Antminer S19 and S21 series, MicroBT Whatsminer M30 to M60 series, and Canaan Avalon A12 to A15. Send us your model if it is not listed — most 3–3.7 kW SHA-256 units fit our racks.
How quickly do machines go live after arrival?
Typically 24 to 48 hours. Every unit is serial-logged, photographed, bench-tested and then racked and pointed at your pool.
What uptime do you commit to?
99.5% monthly availability, excluding scheduled maintenance windows and grid-level force majeure. Enterprise contracts can include penalty clauses.
Do you control my mining rewards?
No. You configure your own pool account and payout wallet. We only need worker naming access to verify performance.
How do I monitor my machines?
You receive dashboard access showing per-machine hashrate, temperature and uptime, plus a monthly PDF report. Alerts are sent when a unit underperforms.
Hardware, repairs & purchases
What happens if my machine breaks?
First-line work — reboots, reseats, fans, PSU checks, firmware — is included at no cost. Component replacement is quoted at parts cost plus labour, and never started without your written approval.
Are used machines you sell reliable?
Every used unit is bench-tested for 72 hours and sold with a written condition report, real photos and a 30 to 90 day workshop warranty depending on the model.
Can I buy machines and host them with you?
Yes, and it is our most popular route. Machines are installed directly from our workshop, so there is no shipping risk, customs delay or downtime in transit.
Do you help sell my machines later?
Yes. We buy back or broker used fleets and can credit the value against newer hardware.
Contracts, payments & logistics
What contract lengths are available?
6, 12 and 24 months. Longer terms and prepayment reduce your energy rate.
How and when am I invoiced?
Monthly in arrears, with a statement showing measured kWh, hosting fee, any approved repairs and the total due. Payment terms are 7 days.
Which currencies and methods do you accept?
AED and USD bank transfer, USDT (TRC20/ERC20) and card for smaller invoices. Invoices are issued by our UAE entity.
How do I ship machines to you?
We send a packing checklist, receiving address and customs guidance. We can also recommend freight partners experienced with mining hardware.
What if I want to move my machines out?
Give 30 days written notice after the minimum term. We prepare, pack and hand over your units with an updated condition report.
Can I visit before committing?
Yes — site visits are arranged by appointment, subject to safety and security procedures.
