What is the minimum number of machines you host?
We start from a single machine on the Starter tier, though most clients begin with 3–10 units. There is no upper limit — we allocate dedicated containers for fleets above 1 MW.
Who receives the mining rewards?
You do, directly. You keep full control of your pool account, worker names and payout wallet. Alex Hash never touches your rewards — we only invoice power and hosting.
How is electricity billed?
Each machine’s consumption is calculated from measured circuit data and billed monthly in arrears at your agreed rate, alongside the hosting fee. Statements include the kWh breakdown.
What happens if a machine fails?
Our onsite technicians run first-line diagnostics at no extra cost: fans, PSU reseats, firmware and cabling. If a board or PSU needs replacing we quote parts at cost before doing any work.
Can I visit the facility?
Yes. Site visits are welcome by appointment for contracted clients and serious prospects, subject to our security and safety procedures.
